The PGT-type guide ring is a fabric-reinforced phenolic resin guide component designed for use in hydraulic cylinder applications. The guide ring features an opening (45° cut) for easy installation. This design allows system pressure to act on the seal while also accommodating thermal expansion of the material. The 45-degree cut angle ensures that the opening area also provides some guiding function.
